HVs making better use of bio fuels

A trend the last years is bio fuels and ethanol. Highly efficient hybrids will make better use of bio fuels, as hybrids use the bio fuel up to 100% more efficiently than conventional bio fuel vehicles. This will lead to one of (or some combination of) the following positive consequences:

• Available bio fuel will supply up to twice the number of vehicles than otherwise (which is important as one of the principal weaknesses with bio fuel is that there is not adequate supply for even a small fraction of world vehicles today).
• Reduce pressure on bio fuel supply.
• Increase the farm land available for food production.
